Our Mission

Making Our Voice Heard

Our Mission is to inspire, empower, and uplift young girls fostering a generation of confident, compassionate leaders.

From the moment we started our organization in 2014, we understood that by working together we could overcome the many challenges facing young women today. We ultimately decided to launch Gifted Girls based on the mission that social change begins with empowerment.

Working with other like-minded organizations, it will offer evidence-based, skills-building services within a structured and supportive home environment – an approach aimed at reducing the adverse consequences these young women often face, from homelessness, trauma and substance use disorder, to sex trafficking and incarceration

Local Advocacy

Moving Forward Together

Our team of dedicated volunteers makes local advocacy possible, investing their valuable time and energy to brighten the futures of so many young women. It's a pleasure to observe the impact of their efforts as it spreads through our community and beyond.

Mentoring

Connecting Women

Every young woman deserves a chance to change her world. Mentoring offers them the opportunity to channel their aspirations toward positive change for themselves and those around them. With the support of our staff, transformations are taking place every day.

Sponsorship

Empowering Others

Thanks to our sponsorship project, young women from a diverse range of backgrounds are discovering new opportunities and forging new paths. We're often moved by warm feedback from young women who've benefited from this initiative and gone on to do great things.
